Basic features:

 

1. Knife roll cutting part equips with protection plate, effectively prolongs the service life of knife roller.

 

2. Bearing adopts Sweden SKF heavy duty bearing, ensures the equipment's performance and service life under continuous full load operation state.

 

3. The feeding belt conveyor of chipper adopts high strength wear-resistant belt. Supporting roller adopts elastic rubber roller, which absorbs the vibration and strike in the process of conveying so that protects the belt. The side plate of the conveyor adopts special structure, effectively prevents the branches and twigs from blocking, and further prolongs the service life of belt.
